Would it surprise you to learn that Jesus expected us, ordinary believers, to continue to heal others? Not only did He expect it, but Jesus told us it was a sign that we were following Him. The power to heal others wasn’t limited to an exclusive group of people. The gift to receive healing wasn’t limited to a person that had his or her act together, no, the Christian believer was given the authority to heal anyone that needed it.
Follow along and take a look at how Jesus gave us this precious gift of healing. He showed us many examples and told us in countless scriptures that we have the authority to continue on in His work. When Jesus returns, will He find a defeated, sickly, diseased body, called the church or will He find a victorious church that not only lives in health, but moves in the power to administer it to others?
